Microsoft Surface Keyboard Not Working






We have three surfaces two of which are working correctly. when we connected the keyboard to the third it would not show up as connected and wouldn't allow for typing. Purchased a new sp4 and a new type cover for it. after receiving it i got it all hooked up and the keyboard would not work. dealt with surface support....
