In general, the machine seems very nice, very robust, high quality, and well put together. The only possible problem you might find is that at any one time, you can only have either the floppy drive attached. I found this a real pain during installation, but since then have never needed to use the floppy drive, so it hasnt been a problem. If you regularly need to use both CDs and floppys, I would advise getting an external drive to use with this machine.
Toshiba Satellite 3000One other thing that wasnt obvious to me at first sight is that to eject a SmartMedia card from the built in drive, you actually need to push it further in. Before realising this, I had resorted to using a pair of plyers to pull the card out of the drive!
